Intercom
Check that the messenger icon appears on the bottom right of the screen upon loading Gateway Academy (see screenshot below). If the icon is missing, see instructions below.
To test sending messages, click the Intercom messenger icon. Click New conversation. On the chat box, write a short message with [tech-check] at the beginning of your message and click the blue arrow to send.
